  • Representatives from PINK partners Seven Past Nine and PLUS participated in the conference

  • Thomas E. Exner from Seven Past Nine participated in a round table discussion at the event

... Society for the Advancement of AOPs Knowledgebase Interest Group (SAAOP KB Interest Group) Meeting, 15. May 2024:

  • Penny Nymark (Karolinska Institut) presented PINK and the central aspect of FAIR AOPs in the context of SSbD “Adverse Outcome Pathways for Safe And Sustainable-By-Design Approaches”

Elixir Toxicology Community Workshop: FAIRification of Toxicological Research Output, 28.-29. May 2024, Utrecht (the Netherlands):

  • Representatives from PINK partners Seven Past Nine and Karolinska Institut presented on FAIRification of AOPs, participated in round table discussion, and provided hands-on training

IndTech 2024, 3.5. June 2024, Namur (Belgium):

  • Steffi Friedrichs (AcumenIST) and Thomas Exner (Seven Past Nine) have informed participants of the IndTech conference about the PINK project

Conference “Efficient, Lightweight, Sustainable Advanced Materials – Supporting EU industries to meet the Green Deal targets”, 6. June 2024, Brussels (Belgium):

  • Steffi Friedrichs (AcumenIST) and Thomas Exner (Seven Past Nine) participated in a round table discussion and represented the PINK project

Materials Week 2024, 17.-21. June 2024, Limassol (Cyprus):

  • Almost all PINK consortium partners contributed to ‘Material Week 2024’. In particular, training sessions were organised by the following partners:
    • “Integrate & Balance SSbD Categories from Industry Perspectives” (PLUS, BASF)
    • “Getting Your Hands on SSbD” (Empa, PLUS, LIST)
    • “Data & Tool FAIRness Competition and Award” (PLUS and UoB, jointly with PARC)
  • Furthermore, SINTEF contributed to a panel debate and NTUA gave a presentation.

Nano Korea 2024, 3.-5. July 2024, Seoul (South Korea):

  • Tommaso Serchi from PINK partner LIST gave a presentation with the title ‘CHIASMA, INSIGHT and PINK: An European Approach to Animal-Free Safe and Sustainable by Design’
